Certified Financial Planner™ Professionals Put You First

Working with a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner assures you that you have a fiduciary – an advisor legally required to look out for your best financial interests. All three of Nix Wealth Management’s advisors hold this important certification, which they earned by meeting the rigorous national standards for financial education and ethics outlined below.

Why is having a fiduciary an advantage for you? Other types of financial advisors – bankers, stockbrokers or insurance agents – typically work for or with large companies. While they are likely to make investment recommendations that are suitable for their clients, they are not legally obligated to do so. If they work for a company that pays commissions for selling its financial products, those funds, annuities, etc. are often recommended to clients whether or not they are the best options for them.

The Nix team of CFPs® is totally independent and charges a flat fee based on a percentage of a client’s holdings. There are never any commissions or extra costs. They personalize a financial program that always puts the best interests of each client first.

The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. awards the CFP® designation to those who meet its certification requirements, pass extensive exams in all financial disciplines, pledge to follow a strict code of ethics and complete continuing education programs each year.
